What does happiness mean? If you close your eyes and feel a soft sense of warmth and peace then, that is what happiness is. It is a different feeling for each one of us. It’s like slowly walking away from the nightmare towards the beaming light that glows up your face making your cheek raise.
Your sky becomes pink when you pull those lips back. An ocean is so big it washes away all the stress with a slap of warm waves. The energy is so strong even if you are empty, it fills you, it fills your ins and outs.
And what would be better if you can spread a happiness wave to someone? People who spend around a quarter of their daily time with family and friends are 12 times more likely to report being happy than those who do not. People are happier on weekends, according to a Gallup study, simply because they spend more time with their loved ones on weekends.
Happiness is a burst of colors, a color that everybody loves. Don’t think twice when you spread happiness cause it’s an emotion that can bring enemies to come close!
