Refund Policy


GoodLives is a mental wellness company that provides online counseling and therapy services. Our services are provided on a fee-for-service basis and all fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each session.

Refunds for Booked Sessions:

GoodLives does not offer refunds for sessions that have been booked and completed.

Cancellation of First Session:

If a client cancels their first session with GoodLives, the fee for that session will be credited back to the client’s GoodLives in-app wallet for future use.

Refund for Incomplete Sessions:

GoodLives does not offer refunds for sessions that have been partially or fully completed.

Technical Issues:

If a session is interrupted or terminated due to technical issues from GoodLives, GoodLives will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the session at no additional charge to the client.

However, if a technical issue arises at client’s end, GoodLives is not responsible for refund or reschedule of the session.

And if GoodLives chooses reschedule and if a rescheduled session is not possible or if the client chooses not to reschedule, GoodLives will not offer a refund.

Changes to Refund Policy:

GoodLives reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Your continued use of GoodLives’ services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new refund policy.

If the user is eligible for any refund (on a case-to-case basis), then the refund shall be processed within 5-7 business days. You may reach out to the admin team at for any assistance or clarification

By using GoodLives’ services, you agree to be bound by these refund policy terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use GoodLives’ services.
